flu and vitC

having flu again..for days alr haven recover..hainz...i did take vit C everyday lei..still sick..dunno got use anot..i hate it..early in the morning flu v sainz one..mayb is because i didn't exerise so body metabolic n immune not good ah..den keep fallin sick so easy..hianz..i have to start exercising liao if not sure keep on sick..like tat i cannot enjoy my happy diet(all the unhealthy food..muahahaha)...wish me well soon..haha..
